Shipping & Returns

Products ship within 1-5 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.

International orders typically take up to10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country.  Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.

Care Instructions

  • Wet hair completely.
  • Apply a moisturizing conditioner and brush hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Let air-dry.

Daily Care

  • Brush or comb through to style.
  • Apply an alcohol-free hair serum for shine as needed.

Bed Time Care

  • Before going to bed, braid your hair into one loose large braid and wear a satin scarf or bonnet.
  • After waking up, undo braid and comb using a wide tooth comb (or paddle brush)through beginning at the ends and working your way up to roots.
  • Style as needed
